Actually...i dun mind going for the hols thing! Haha...but yupz i seriously doubt it will happen unless someone(damian) does sthg abt it...=P The sad thing is, I only got 1 day of leave left! But even if i can't make it i think it'll be nice to go overseas together...and as much as we would like to visit the US/UK, i think it'll be financially not possible! Let's settle for somewhere like redang island...bali ( bombed twice! Won't happen again...and everything's cheap there!) krabi(the thai military will protect all of us...we can take pictures with the tanks too) or batam/bintan?

i don't know if holidaying at the end of the year will actually happen. haha. you know our class. always say for fun only. lolx. and no one will wanna organise cus it's too troublesome! then again it'll be fun. so if it happens, count me in kays? can go somewhere nearer since 3/4s of the world is having winter and i don't exactly like lugging winter clothings around.

sigh. i won't be back for the winter hols. coz i only have like 2 weeks of break since my uni goes by a trimester system instead of semester and quarter.
but i'll be back for 4 glorious months of summer holidays next year unless i intern with a company or head to shanghai or take spring school here.

I don't know when you guys are thinking of going for hols as a class but if you guys are travelling anywhere between 10 Dec and 2 Jan this year, count me in! coz this girl who misses home initially decided to come home for her winter break... =S but hopefully, u guys are not thinking of say... travelling to europe... coz it doesn't quite make sense for me to fly half a world back to singapore just to fly pass another few continents to get to europe.. haha! but I'm on for anything within the region! :)

Anyway, in response to damian, yesh... facebook is kind of like friendster, just that I think it's more useful than friendster coz a lot of ppl use the wall posts like an IM chatbox... Phone plans in the states are rather uncompetitive and so most plans do not have free smses... One has to pay for both outgoing as well as incoming smses (which doesn't make sense to me). Ger, what's ur ID for facebook? and AL... get facebook! :)

hello everyone!!! it hasn't started snowing here... but already it's quite chilly because of the strong winds... nonetheless, i still can't wait to wake up to a field of snow!! oh which reminds me that there's haze in SG now rite?? yeah, here there's quite a bit of fog in the early mornings and in the nights... it's eeriely beautiful...

haha last saturday's club theme was "skool dayz"... so in the cold temperatures of perhaps 12 deg C, girls are wearing ultra mini skirts and waiting in the queue to enter the party venue.... i was on a public bus back to campus and it was funny to see more and more people dressed up in "school uniform" complete with ties boarding the bus. Haha then a fellow hwa chongian said we should wear our HC uniform with our red/brown/maroon tie and join in the party!! haha... nah we didn't, who on earth would pack their JC uniform in their luggage when the luggage is bursting at its seams??

travel travel travel... i'm half wishing i did book flights back to SG for christmas... most of my frens here are going home.... i'm in the midst of drawing up some december trip to italy and france wif a few remaining people.... if any of u ever been to these countries, suggest some places that i should not miss okay!!

yeah since the tagboard is down: ladies studying in america: i don't think i'll be flying down in december cause the tix are like 300 GBP?!?! so maybe i'll visit u all spring/easter break??

oh yeah, i'm here to talk about the tagboard.
erm... no geraldine, kheng wee, lileng and huilin (and all else who asked about the tagboard) there is nothing wrong with your eyes or computers, the tagboard is acting all screwy because tagboard.com is obviously going through a screwy phase in life right now.
i guess its their mid life crisis period. so yeah, i'm hoping it'll get out of it asap, cause there really is nothing we can do to elevate the problem of having some strange pop-up window appear everytime you visit a blog that uses a tagboard supplied by tagboard.com...
or i could choose to change the tagboard all together... but i'm not too keen on that course of action... cause it'll mean the death and destruction of all the previous tags... and more work for me. =p
but we'll just wait patiently lah, and keep two-fingers-crossed, and hopefully, the service provided by tagboard.com will revert to normal soon. yeah.
otherwise, if this problem persists, i will change it lor.

i think its fantastic! => i miss snow... leads me to recall my trip to hokkaido last year...
which leads to me to ask: anyone interest to actually go on a trip overseas together?
doesn't have to be like to the US or UK or europe or anything...

this is odd. i've been sleeping so late that i'm almost living in singapore time. let's see, i changed roommates, i've had midterms. i've celebrated MAF(and it's nothing like what we've had)

it's SNOW-ed!. and trust me. it's NOT fun. not now anyway. coz it's not falling thick enough. it's freezing cold in Ann Arbor and sorry huilin for not coming to visit you!. i sorta needed to relax and recoup and stuff. and just chill. i've been exhausted for the past 2 weeks.
the temperatures now are like bordering on negative. -1 to 3 degrees C. and i've spent like 4 out of 6 weeks being sick.

haha. and mao's back from sailing the distant seas? i can't believe we're like classmates and everyone doing something so amazingly different.

Hey...paiseh I realised that it's been a long time since i blogged! Yupz so i'm just here to add in a random entry =) Woah...so nice to have snow there in the US! Must have been quite a nice sight compared to the hazy weather here...for all those currently overseas, must take care of urself k! Go ahead and indulge in good food and at the same time, like hui lin said, you all can insulate urself! =P But it's alright lah...all of you will never turn out like frosty the snowman...haha so don't worry about it! Anyway, regarding maf...I think the guys were a little bit anti-social that night. Haha...it was quite bad of us to reject the girls even though you all took the initiative to invite us to dance...so erm we suck?Haha...but it was the first time in ages since we last saw mao! So we sort of had a little catching up to do...u noe guys' talk? =P Which probably explains why mi, hanjie, mao n anthon went off after having some ice cream at venezia to eat prata at al azhar.

hey... it snowed today o_O" can't believe it.. it's only mid October... supposedly according to the seniors, it snowed only at the end of November...although the snow fall was relatively short-lived, it was just terribly cold... I feel like i can't breathe when the cold wind blows.. urgh... anyway, i've decided to fatten myself up (advice of various ppl :P) so that I can better insulate myself... so look out =P
