MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL!

eh this is quite sad, i'm posting right after my own post.

just wanted to say, merry christmas!

hehe

prom pic and good news

04s71: the class of mei nvs and shuai ges at prom night. heh.
i thought it strange that nobody posted a picture of our class at prom on our class blog, seeing that it was one of the last chances (or maybe THE last chance) for nearly the entire class to be together in one spot. i apologise for any white spots on the pic; didnt realise that there were dust flecks on the lens.

anyway, good job with the template! i thought the pic of the rails was quite apt (if i intepret it my own way: it has been an amazing ride with 04s71, and now, we are all embarking on the next stop of our own journeys) heh. -looks at my expression- apparently my ability at expressing symbolism in literature essays has gone downhill eh.

-mumbles an apology-

girls' night out was great! though i shall hereby remind all those who dont like tau gay (beansprouts) to specify that we dont want any in our noodle soup if we do go to a thai restaurant in future.

when's the next time we all meet up again?

(add on)

anyway, statement by finance minister of 04s71:

in line with long standing policy, (dont ask me what, i'm bullshitting my way here) the ministry of finance has decided to dish out some year end good news. due to unexpected injection to our -cough- economy, we have a surplus in our balance of payments and hence i'm in a position to pass on these surpluses in the form of cash gifts which amount to slightly beyond S$5.00, exact amount varies on whether you take econs or not.

end of announcement.

aka, because the bio department had returned each s7 class excess bio fund only at the end of the last day of school, i realised i made previous class collection in vain (@#%*#$@#$) as the amt returned is over and above the amt required to clear all our debts. so er, if i see you at next class outing (and i bring cash and records out) it means you can look forward to some cash back. as for those who dont take econs, i've also calculated the amt of money taken from class fund this year for econs and calculated the amt which you have "paid" in that sense so i'd give you slightly more back.
